T&Cs

IMPORTANT INFO: 

• Please allow between 8-12 weeks for the editing process after the Wedding date before you receive your photos. I take great pride in my photos and will not release them till I feel they are to the best high quality standard. 
• You will receive a Digital Photoshoot Guide.
• I offer Prints, Framed Prints & Canvases at an Additional Price and you will receive a Digital Product Guide.
• All packages include a Pre-Wedding Consultation over either Email or Social Media Message to discuss your Wedding to ensure the best package for you.
• I will arrange an In-Person or Online Telephone meeting with you and your partner to discuss your Ideas, Must have photos, the location, the order of the day and to get to know you both better.
• I will require a written schedule of the Wedding Day including key times, for example Ceremony & Reception Times. 

POLICIES:

• I will require a £100.00 deposit that must be paid when booking your date.
• A contract must be signed when paying your deposit.
• Full payment must be paid 30 Days prior to your Wedding Date and a reminder Email & Invoice will be sent.
• Deposits are Non-Refundable.
• Cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior to the Wedding Date.

• Payments can be made through BACs.
• Please note that a travel fee will be added if chosen location of shoot is beyond 10 miles of Redditch, Worcestershire (B98). The fee will consist of 50p per Mile.

Cancellations

• Deposit amount is Non-Refundable therefore if you wish to cancel your deposit will not be refunded.
• If I am Unwell or my circumstances are extenuating, I will immediately find a replacement Photographer to cover me. I will always show the couple the Photographers work and I will always do my best to find a suitable replace both parties are happy with.
