IMPORTANT INFO:
- Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the editing process after the shoot date before you receive your Gallery.
- Basic Mini & Deluxe Packages include a viewing gallery where you can view and pick your amount of digital included in the price. Extra digital images can then be purchased for an additional price of £3.00 Per Digital Image or 4 Digital Images for £10.00.
- All Images in your viewing gallery are Lightly Retouched & Edited.
- All packages include a Pre-Shoot Consultation over either Email or Social Media Message to discuss your Vision, the location, your horse and any other ideas you have to ensure I capture the very best Images for you.
- You will receive a Digital Photoshoot Guide.
- I offer Prints, Framed Prints & Canvases at an Additional Price and you will receive a Digital Product Guide.
- All Images include a Watermark - Watermarks can be removed from Individual Images for £4.00 per photo or £30.00 for the whole gallery.
POLICIES:
- I will require a £15.00 Non-Refundable Deposit to secure your shoot.
- Payment must be paid in Full 24 Hours before your shoot time and a reminder Email & Invoice will be sent.
- Payments can be made through BACs or as Cash.
- Please note that a travel fee will be added if chosen location of shoot is beyond 10 miles of Redditch, Worcestershire (B98). The fee will consist of 50p per Mile.
- Please note I have a Late Fee. I will wait for 15 Minutes after your shoot start time. If you have not arrived within the 15 Minutes a fee consisting of £5.00 will be charged for Every 10 Minutes I have to wait. The fee will not apply if I have been notified beforehand.
Cancellations
- Deposit amount is Non-Refundable therefore if you wish to cancel your deposit will not be refunded. However if you wish to reschedule your Photoshoot you will not be required to repay a deposit.
- If a shoot gets cancelled due to poor weather conditions or extenuating circumstances photoshoots can be rearranged for another date that suits us both with no additional fees but please try to let me know within 24 Hours before your shoot time if possible.

Can the photoshoot be at my yard?
Of course! Yards have so many hidden gems when it comes to photo spots and we can move around the yard to different areas to see what works best!
Whether that be in the fields, in the stable courtyard, Arena or a field track!
Yards are the best option to keeping your horse comfortable and stress free as it is a familiar environment they feel safe in so I am very happy to come to you and find the perfect spots on your yard!
What happens if it rains on the day of the shoot?
I will always check the weather the day before and message you prior to your shoot to confirm everything is set and discuss weather. If the weather is forecasted to be awful we can reschedule with no cancellation fee.
If the weather is looking a bit hit or miss on the day I will contact you to discuss further as light rain can make beautiful photos but getting wet is not always fun!
What if my horse won’t stand still?
Don’t worry, I understand that standing still and posing is unnatural for your horse. We will take it at your horses pace and find what works for them! I will work with them and what they are comfortable with.
I have techniques to help get horses ears forward too!
What if I’m not photogenic?
I understand not everyone likes being in front of the camera. I will help make you as comfortable and confident as possible. I will give you prompts to help you pose but I guarantee you it will get easier as the shoot progresses.
My photos aim to capture natural photos of you and your horse to really capture the raw love and bond.
Can I have Portraits and Ridden Photos in the same shoot?
Yes! I love getting a range of different photos in the shoot! Shoots are a once in a while experience and I want you to get the perfect photos so I am happy for you to do both Portrait & Ridden but they must be within the session slot and planned beforehand.
Can I include all my horses?
Yes - additional horses can be added for a small fee of £10.00 per extra horse!
