T&Cs

IMPORTANT INFO: 

• Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the editing process after the shoot date before you receive your Gallery.
• Deluxe Package include a viewing gallery where you can view and pick your amount of digital included in the price. Extra digital images can then be purchased for an additional price of £3.00 Per Digital Image or 4 Digital Images for £10.00.
• All Images in your viewing gallery are Lightly Retouched & Edited.

• All packages include a Pre-Shoot Consultation over either Email or Social Media Message to discuss your Vision, the location and any other ideas you have to ensure I capture the very best Images for you.
• You will receive a Digital Photoshoot Guide.
• I offer Prints, Framed Prints & Canvases at an Additional Price and you will receive a Digital Product Guide.
• All Images include a Watermark - Watermarks can be removed from Individual Images for £4.00 per photo or £30.00 for the whole gallery.

POLICIES:

• I will require a £15.00 Non-Refundable Deposit to secure your shoot. 
• Payment must be paid in Full 24 Hours before your shoot time and a reminder Email & Invoice will be sent.
• Payments can be made through BACs or as Cash.
• Please note that a travel fee will be added if chosen location of shoot is beyond 10 miles of Redditch, Worcestershire (B98). The fee will consist of 50p per Mile.
• Please note I have a Late Fee. I will wait for 15 Minutes after your shoot start time. If you have not arrived within the 15 Minutes a fee consisting of £5.00 will be charged for Every 10 Minutes I have to wait. The fee will not apply if I have been notified beforehand.

Cancellations

• Deposit amount is Non-Refundable therefore if you wish to cancel your deposit will not be refunded. However if you wish to reschedule your Photoshoot you will not be required to repay a deposit.
• If a shoot gets cancelled due to poor weather conditions or extenuating circumstances photoshoots can be rearranged for another date that suits us both with no additional fees but please try to let me know within 24 Hours before your shoot time if possible.
